What you get with this package...

Over the course of 3 months:

  • A complete nutritional health assessment (1.5-2 hrs); 

  • 12 Coaching Sessions (60 minutes long) over Skype/Facetime, approximately 1 per week, discussing topics specific to YOUR health, or any topics you have questions about;

  • Unlimited email communication over 3 months;

  • Answers and explanations to all your questions during our sessions - based on the latest research;

  • Unlimited access to my favourite recipes and all the meal plans i have created; and

  • My full support for 3 months.

Topics may include: how to read food labels, how to balance meals, vitamins and minerals, do you need supplements, how to read food labels, the latest research around sugar and cholesterol, inflammation, healing the body with food, fermented foods, food intolerances/allergies, elimination diets, feeding the family in a happy positive way, ways to reduce stress, ways to improve sleep, or a topic of your choice. :D
